Three Pelicans is a 2-storey, 3-bedroom, fully air-conditioned, Hamptons style townhouse, boasting all the comforts of home and more. The spacious lounge/family area offers panoramic views, leather couches, wide screen TV with Foxtel and a casual vibe that will have you chilled in no time. The open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor is fully equipped for cooking meals at home or dining in. The dining room opens on to a charming, paved patio/BBQ area with outdoor setting and market umbrella.
Make your way upstairs and you'll find the three bedrooms. To the left, a large, spacious master King-bedroom with walk in robe and en-suite bathroom. One touch of the remote and the Roman blinds lift to reveal spectacular, panoramic views of Gulf St Vincent and your private balcony. To the right, two Queen sized bedrooms; one with a built-in robe and both adjacent to the main bathroom. If you are on business or can't leave the office behind, the landing at the top of the stairs offers a study nook equipped with desk space and laser printer and the house is equipped with free high-speed internet.
